Fall

We have had fun this fall so far. We went to Dell Osso Farms twice and to Apple Hill for the first time.
My mom's birthday was last week and she decided that she wanted to go to Apple Hill with all the family that lives in CA. We had gone to Dell Osso Farms in the past (to go through the corn maze), but my mom really doesn't like getting "lost". So this year we went to Apple Hill. It was her birthday I guess she gets to decide what we will do on her day. :)

Apple Hill was fun. We went to this one ranch that had a lot of booths that sold crafts and great apple cider they were sampling. Megan and Ethan loved it! We enjoyed watching them smash the apples at their cider mill. Later, we had a picnic lunch near a lake and ate an apple doughnut. Megan an Ethan loved running around near the lake and hanging out with their cousins.

Then we went to a pumpkin patch next to the ranch over. I wanted to take pictures with my kiddos there, but they fell asleep as soon as their heads hit the car seats on the way to the pumpkin patch.

When we decided to go to Apple Hill, Joel, my Mom and I decided to go to Dell Osso Farms during the week. It was a nice day. We went on the Train Ride, (Ethan an Megan loved that one!) Hay Ride, Tractor Ride (that one was really bumpy), and the Scarecrow Ride. The Scarecrow ride had a whole bunch of scarecrows made by different groups or families. I liked seeing the creativity that people had. We also went to their petting zoo. Megan and Ethan loved looking and pointing to the animals. Ethan was a little more brave at actually touching them.
Like we always do, we went back another day to get our pumpkins and do the pumpkin shooting. I loved seeing my cutie pies looking for pumpkins and posing with them.
